Leo C10 days agoAmazing experience with the Proposal Ninja team and photographer Marco V, he was professional and patient all throughout the day even accommodating for my fiance’s bad foot which limited her mobility. Despite the challenges, Marco played the role of a surprise photographer perfectly and ensured we captured the magic moment perfectly. Marco was patient and knowledgeable, and guided us into ideal poses and positions across the proposal site to ensure we would have an excellent collection of photos from the proposal. Benjamin Gapuz43 days agoMany thanks to Proposal Ninja team! I had such a good experience leading up to, during, and after the proposal. They’re an experienced, insightful, and talented team. I have never been to Japan, so their insight on pros and cons of potential sites in Tokyo proved invaluable and with their guidance, I decided on the Mt. Fuji area to propose. It was a great decision, but you cannot control the conditions at Fuji. Of course, the Proposal Ninjas came through. They were communicative about the situation and were able to course correct at my instruction. However, I was able to follow their lead and lean on their experience to quickly scout photo opportunities in an area they have never photographed. They did a great job and quickly dropped location pins for me navigate. Needless to say, the locations they chose were perfect. We enjoyed the process of selecting our final photos and were very pleased with the response and turnaround time in receiving them. We were even more pleased with how beautiful they turned out - the talented Proposal Ninja team really made us look special. I was a bit skeptical at first about booking something like this in a country on the other side of the world, but they were amazing! We exchanged information on dates and I book the package with location scouting. They made awesome suggestions, offered helpful tips and really helped me plan my proposal in the best way for me! She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional throughout. My girlfriend (now fiancée!) didn’t suspect a thing, which made the proposal even more special and allowed everything to happen naturally. Booking and communication beforehand were really smooth, and they were so kind and fun to be around on the day itself. As the one proposing, I was pretty nervous, but they helped a lot with giving instructions on where to stand, how to pose, so it never felt awkward. They genuinely felt like friends by the end of the shoot, and the photos turned out beautifully. We loved meeting them and can't recommend them enough. From the very beginning, they offered several location options, and as the days went by and they kept an eye on the weather, they suggested new places. But I think Marco, the photographer, was absolutely amazing in every way. At the last minute, he recommended an even better location—I trusted him, and he made everything feel magical. The photos he took truly look like they’re from a movie. The emotion we felt when we saw them is simply impossible to put into words. We will remember and get emotional this moment everytime we see the photos thanks to Marco. Every time we look at the photos, I know we’ll feel that same emotion for the rest of our lives—every time we remember that moment. As I said, it was the best decision I made, and it was absolutely worth all the work they put in.

Although planning a proposal in a country I've never been in before was very stressful, but the Proposal Ninja team made planning so much easier. Ximena Falcón221 days agoMy fiancé proposed to me at Mount Fuji, and I had absolutely no idea he had also hired a photographer — it was the most beautiful surprise. Lok captured the proposal perfectly and hid so well that I didn’t notice her at all until afterward! We ended up having two photoshoots, and both were amazing. Lok did an incredible job documenting the proposal moment so naturally and discreetly. For the second photoshoot, Rose was extremely detail-oriented, thorough, and creative, offering so many different poses and ideas. She guided us the entire time, tried different concepts, and made everything feel effortless. Rose was also so easygoing and fun to work with, with a very professional setup. During the second shoot I was wearing heels, and she was incredibly kind and patient — adjusting the pace so I could stay comfortable the whole time. She made us laugh so much, which resulted in the most natural, genuine smiles. The locations were absolutely stunning, and every detail was thoughtfully planned. We had a little mishap where my fiancée and I got on the wrong bus to our shoot, which made us almost exactly an hour late to where we were supposed to meet Rose. This only left us with 30 minutes to shoot at the initial location as the park was closing, but Rose saved the day by getting us through a speed run of the shoot, and then offering to take us to cute, nearby city to do a city shoot to make up for the lost time. Rose and Juan spent way more time with us than they needed to and gave us so many wonderful pictures to choose from. They stayed longer than originally booked and got so many different looks and locations and rose was so on top of everything when the WhatsApp group was created on telling me where to go and when to get the best photo possible. Small nitpick: mine was during a busy proposal season for them so the communication at some times was slower than what I would have liked but it all worked out

Alvin Lim287 days agoI had Rose as my photographer. She is very responsive and usually replies within minutes. She also drew stick figures on the proposal location to show the exact spot to stand. On the proposal day, she came to the location 30mins earlier to setup. She is very skilled in directing various shots, from landscapes to portraits, and made us feel comfortable which helped our expressions look natural. She is also a skilled photographer, as the pre-edited photos look vibrant and natural even on a cloudy day. I selected the stealth photography + mobile video options. But I had no idea on how to do it (when, where, etc..), nor did I know how to capture the moment. When I found out about Proposal Ninja, everything went smoothly! They gave me a lot of attention and a tailored approach on how to conduct my proposal., working with me for weeks prior to the trip. They gave me options on best places to propose, and helped me pick to right spot! They were flexible on dates, which was specially important, given I decided to propose at Mt Fuji, which is dependent on weather. They also helped me with props for the proposal, and not only the "regular stuff" (eg: champagne), but also things tailored to my story with my girlfriend, which I asked for their help to purchase in Japan. The photos and videos all looked amazing! And the post-proposal photo shooting was very fun. This was not only a photography service. She was super nice and easy to talk to. The pictures that she took turned out amazing, she has a very creative vision when it came down to the pictures and spots. The communication is great leading up to the day of the proposal. And it adds on something extra special to the proposal itself. I definitely recommend if you’re wanting to propose in Japan and want to make the day special for your partner.

Andres Angulo323 days agoI have booked this session months away from the proposal and the whole team helped me to get the best moment to remember, helping me coordinate the place, the plan and then taking some amazing pictures ( even when the weather wasn't the best unfortunately) Rose and Fernanda also helped us to get the pictures edited on time even though there were some out of hands issues during the process ( AWS was off during several days making it difficult to upload and share the pics with us) I would definitely recommend it, specially for those who don't live in Japan which makes more complicated set up something memorable from so far!

After sourcing for multiple photographers, I chanced upon Proposal Ninja and liaised with Rose to do a proposal shoot at Mt Fuji. The experience I had was extremely seamless from making initial plans and finalising on the photoshoot location, Rose was extremely meticulous and ensured all corners were well taken care of. After 2 months of online exchanges and discussions, we decided to do on Mt Fuji and luckily enough the site we chose was undisturbed and both Rose and Rio were there to capture our great moments. Initially i expected a short 45mins photoshoot but professionalism from Rose and Rio awed me and it lasted for 5hrs just to make sure we had our trip to Mt Fuji worth.
